Here is the basics of our offer to become a member of Beach Guadalmina Playa Parque del Sol S.L.:

• We are talking about the installations located at Guadalmina's Parque del Sol resort: Clubhouse, swimming pool, surrounding gardens, 4 paddle tennis courts and 2 tennis courts -in total over 10,000 m2.

• The company owning the mentioned facilities is Beach Guadalmina Playa Parque del Sol S.L. In january 2005, the former owner of the facilities, Playa Parque del Sol S.A., brought forward all these assets to the new company whose shares are now on sale.

• There are 400 family shares. Each share gives the owner the property of a 400th part of all assets of the Club

• The owner of one share gets six access passes. These passes are extended under the name of the owner but can be used either by him / her, their family, friends tenants etc. The member also receives 20 annual day-ticket invitations.

• Price of a share:€18,030.00
